Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DTNBP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,379 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DTNBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL32P1, TMEM106A, and CCDC200. Each is linked with DTNBP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DTNBP1-to-partner and partner-to-DTNBP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DTNBP1 versus RPL32P1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DTNBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DTNBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
