Across TCGA patient cohorts, DTNBP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DTNBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, EGFR, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with DTNBP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DTNBP1-to-partner and partner-to-DTNBP1 results are reported.
