Across TCGA cell cohorts, DTNBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,045 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DTNBP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of glutamate secretion, neurotransmission, Positive regulation of glutamate secretion, neurotransmission, and Negative regulation of RNA export from nucleus. Each is linked with DTNBP1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DTNBP1-to-partner and partner-to-DTNBP1 results are reported.
