DTD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DTD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,472 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DTD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HECTD1, NUBPL, and BRMS1L. Each is linked with DTD2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DTD2-to-partner and partner-to-DTD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DTD2 versus HECTD1 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DTD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DTD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
