DTD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DTD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,186 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DTD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL9, RNU6-218P, and RNU6-777P. Each is linked with DTD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DTD1-to-partner and partner-to-DTD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL9 grouped by DTD1-low versus DTD1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DTD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DTD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
