DTD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DTD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,131 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DTD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEC23B, PSMF1, and NXT1. Each is linked with DTD1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DTD1-to-partner and partner-to-DTD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DTD1 versus SEC23B in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DTD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DTD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
