DSTNP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DSTNP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,309 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSTNP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are USP5, CMAS, and PRDX6. Each is linked with DSTNP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSTNP2-to-partner and partner-to-DSTNP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DSTNP2 versus USP5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSTNP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSTNP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
