DSTN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DSTN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 550 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSTN-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS29P32, IGHV1OR21-1, and RNA5SP405. Each is linked with DSTN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSTN-to-partner and partner-to-DSTN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS29P32 grouped by DSTN-low versus DSTN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSTN→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSTN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
