DSPP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DSPP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,142 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSPP-associated genes across cancer lineages are DMP1, RIMKLBP2, and TET2. Each is linked with DSPP in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSPP-to-partner and partner-to-DSPP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DSPP versus DMP1 in ESCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSPP→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSPP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
