DSPP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DSPP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,040 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSPP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPP1_S234, STON2_S227, and ANK2_S1461. Each is linked with DSPP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSPP-to-partner and partner-to-DSPP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DSPP versus SPP1_S234 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSPP→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSPP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
