DSPP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DSPP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 83 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSPP-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, Rad50, and ASNS. Each is linked with DSPP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSPP-to-partner and partner-to-DSPP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by DSPP-low versus DSPP-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSPP→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSPP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
