DSPP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DSPP RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,521 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSPP-associated genes across cancer lineages are DMP1, TRAPPC10, and FCHSD1. Each is linked with DSPP in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSPP-to-partner and partner-to-DSPP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DSPP versus DMP1 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSPP→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSPP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
