Across TCGA cell cohorts, DSPP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,217 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSPP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of RNA splicing, Regulation of translational initiation, and Spliceosomal complex assembly. Each is linked with DSPP in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSPP-to-partner and partner-to-DSPP results are reported.
