DSP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DSP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,473 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DSP_S2209, DSP_S176, and DSP_S2825. Each is linked with DSP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSP-to-partner and partner-to-DSP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DSP versus DSP_S2209 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSP→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
