DSP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DSP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,579 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSP-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFFO1, PIK3CG, and RIPOR2. Each is linked with DSP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSP-to-partner and partner-to-DSP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DSP versus IFFO1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.56.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSP→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
