DSP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DSP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,155 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP82, CDCA2, and SNRPD3. Each is linked with DSP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSP-to-partner and partner-to-DSP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL23AP82 grouped by DSP-low versus DSP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSP→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
