DSP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DSP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 978 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSP-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZBTB39, PDP2, and FOXD2. Each is linked with DSP in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSP-to-partner and partner-to-DSP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZBTB39 grouped by DSP-low versus DSP-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSP→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
