DSG4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DSG4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,196 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSG4-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCCIP, GLO1, and MRPS36. Each is linked with DSG4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSG4-to-partner and partner-to-DSG4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BCCIP grouped by DSG4-low versus DSG4-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSG4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSG4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
