DSG3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DSG3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 73 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, INPP4B, and PCNA. Each is linked with DSG3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSG3-to-partner and partner-to-DSG3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by DSG3-low versus DSG3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
