DSG3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DSG3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4F5, PRSS38, and NPVF. Each is linked with DSG3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSG3-to-partner and partner-to-DSG3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4F5 grouped by DSG3-low versus DSG3-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
