Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DSG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,304 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DSG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are C1QBP, TXN, and NARF. Each is linked with DSG2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSG2-to-partner and partner-to-DSG2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C1QBP grouped by DSG2-low versus DSG2-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
