DSG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DSG2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 64 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, MYH11, and PKC-a. Each is linked with DSG2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSG2-to-partner and partner-to-DSG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by DSG2-low versus DSG2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
