DSG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DSG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10R2, DRD3, and PPDPFL. Each is linked with DSG2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSG2-to-partner and partner-to-DSG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10R2 grouped by DSG2-low versus DSG2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
