DSG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DSG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 110 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are INHBC, GGTLC1, and KRTAP8-1. Each is linked with DSG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSG1-to-partner and partner-to-DSG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INHBC grouped by DSG1-low versus DSG1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
