Across TCGA patient cohorts, DSCR8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,398 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSCR8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial gene expression, Telomerase RNA localization, and Ribose phosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with DSCR8 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSCR8-to-partner and partner-to-DSCR8 results are reported.
