Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DSCC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,630 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DSCC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDKN3, CENPM, and POLE2. Each is linked with DSCC1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSCC1-to-partner and partner-to-DSCC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DSCC1 versus CDKN3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSCC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSCC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
