DSCC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DSCC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 719 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSCC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPIAP5, DHRS11, and GPR32. Each is linked with DSCC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSCC1-to-partner and partner-to-DSCC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPIAP5 grouped by DSCC1-low versus DSCC1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSCC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSCC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
