Across TCGA cell cohorts, DSCC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,797 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSCC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of DNA-directed DNA polymerase activity, Protein localization to condensed chromosome, and DNA strand elongation. Each is linked with DSCC1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSCC1-to-partner and partner-to-DSCC1 results are reported.
