DSCAML1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DSCAML1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,952 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSCAML1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PSIP1, DDAH1, and PRKAR2B. Each is linked with DSCAML1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSCAML1-to-partner and partner-to-DSCAML1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DSCAML1 versus PSIP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSCAML1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSCAML1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
