Across TCGA patient cohorts, DSCAML1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 115 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSCAML1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, 14-3-3_epsilon, and NF-kB-p65_pS536. Each is linked with DSCAML1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSCAML1-to-partner and partner-to-DSCAML1 results are reported.
