Across TCGA cell cohorts, DSCAML1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,942 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSCAML1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Demethylation, Positive regulation of intracellular estrogen receptor signaling pathway, and Aminoglycan metabolic process. Each is linked with DSCAML1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSCAML1-to-partner and partner-to-DSCAML1 results are reported.
