DSCAML1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DSCAML1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,175 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSCAML1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRSF1, ISCA1, and BBS7. Each is linked with DSCAML1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSCAML1-to-partner and partner-to-DSCAML1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GRSF1 grouped by DSCAML1-low versus DSCAML1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSCAML1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSCAML1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
