DSC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DSC3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, Bap1-c-4, and Caspase-8. Each is linked with DSC3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSC3-to-partner and partner-to-DSC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by DSC3-low versus DSC3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
