DSC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DSC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,527 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ACTG1, RPL23AP82, and SF3B3. Each is linked with DSC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSC2-to-partner and partner-to-DSC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ACTG1 grouped by DSC2-low versus DSC2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
