DSC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DSC2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, 4E-BP1, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with DSC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSC2-to-partner and partner-to-DSC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by DSC2-low versus DSC2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
