Across TCGA cell cohorts, DSC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,402 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSC2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cardiac muscle cell-cardiac muscle cell adhesion, Bundle of His cell-Purkinje myocyte adhesion involved in cell communication, and Cell communication involved in cardiac conduction. Each is linked with DSC2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSC2-to-partner and partner-to-DSC2 results are reported.
