DSC1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DSC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,806 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DSC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EXOC3L2, SLC10A6, and ACIN1. Each is linked with DSC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DSC1-to-partner and partner-to-DSC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DSC1 versus EXOC3L2 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DSC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DSC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
