DRP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DRP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,644 significant associations in total. LIHC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DRP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF445, CSRNP2, and TANC2. Each is linked with DRP2 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DRP2-to-partner and partner-to-DRP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DRP2 versus ZNF445 in TGCT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DRP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DRP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
