DRP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DRP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,887 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DRP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEC14L2, IL2RB, and ASB2. Each is linked with DRP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DRP2-to-partner and partner-to-DRP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DRP2 versus SEC14L2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DRP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DRP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
