Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DRICH1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DRICH1 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher DRICH1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DRICH1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

COAD, UCEC, and OV are the cancer types where DRICH1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
