DRICH1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DRICH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,743 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DRICH1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRBP1, ITGA3, and NELFCD. Each is linked with DRICH1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DRICH1-to-partner and partner-to-DRICH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DRICH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DRICH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
