DRGX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DRGX mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DRGX-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, Rad50, and eEF2. Each is linked with DRGX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DRGX-to-partner and partner-to-DRGX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, A-Raf_pS299 grouped by DRGX-low versus DRGX-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DRGX→partner) and Y-score (partner→DRGX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
