DRGX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DRGX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DRGX-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNA10, GALP, and COX4I2. Each is linked with DRGX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DRGX-to-partner and partner-to-DRGX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IFNA10 grouped by DRGX-low versus DRGX-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DRGX→partner) and Y-score (partner→DRGX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
