Across TCGA cell cohorts, DRG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,440 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DRG2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase II promoter, Positive regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation, and 5-phosphoribose 1-diphosphate metabolic process. Each is linked with DRG2 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DRG2-to-partner and partner-to-DRG2 results are reported.
