DRD4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DRD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DRD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-90P, RPL23AP54, and MIR3166. Each is linked with DRD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DRD4-to-partner and partner-to-DRD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-90P grouped by DRD4-low versus DRD4-high in THCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DRD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DRD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
