DRD2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DRD2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 734 significant associations in total. KIDNEY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DRD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASB7, WDR82, and ZNF48. Each is linked with DRD2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DRD2-to-partner and partner-to-DRD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DRD2 versus ASB7 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DRD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DRD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
