DRD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DRD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 95 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DRD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKRD66, OR52J3, and ANKRD63. Each is linked with DRD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DRD2-to-partner and partner-to-DRD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ANKRD66 grouped by DRD2-low versus DRD2-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DRD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DRD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
