Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DRC3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DRC3 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher DRC3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DRC3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUSC, UCEC, and LIHC are the cancer types where DRC3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
