DRC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DRC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DRC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, and Shc_pY317. Each is linked with DRC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DRC1-to-partner and partner-to-DRC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by DRC1-low versus DRC1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DRC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DRC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
