Across TCGA patient cohorts, DRAXIN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,158 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DRAXIN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, Negative regulation of gene expression, epigenetic, and Positive regulation of proteasomal protein catabolic process. Each is linked with DRAXIN in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DRAXIN-to-partner and partner-to-DRAXIN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process grouped by DRAXIN-low versus DRAXIN-high in ESCA.
